Ah this question may strike a mom image of her baby girl… a lover’s heart with thoughts of his girl…. And what will my mind answer!!!!!!
I will just have a look to my shelf…through its glass I could see a girl sitting in all its beauty enclosed, dreaming something, smiling at me,, near my fav books… that’s my “Angel”!!!!!!
It was the 2nd week end of January 2010... I am returning to my sweet home... And this time I am coming all the way in Peters (bus from payyavoor to pala)... This is the first time after joining the college m going to travel all the way in a bus... That too alone... (Usually I go by train with a group of friends and that bogie will fill with our crazy voices)
Then I saw chaprachi…he is a real treasure I got from vjec (he is my dear brother… even though not blood related, I wish I did had him in my family as an elder one to me and achu {my sis}.. I do feel his care for me and I just forget the sadness of not having a brother likewise). Ah so I am safe till I reach my parents in the hands of a brother. Hurray…we started our journey… and two nun sisters sat to my left and right… both were to pala and soon one started sleeping and the other praying… and some devotional songs playing…… ohhh I actually felt a boring atmosphere to be frank…in between I messaged Dosa ( my classmate.. he was seated far behind me) and Fiji ( ma best frnd I could tell u) and the bus is moving boringly smooth… and I took ticket till Kannur hoping that if this traveling is turning to be interested I would extend the ticket to Calicut… and I messaged my brother the same but he thought I am joking as always…
The bus is about to reach kannur... I felt a little relief from my boredom and I saw the conductor calling a lady whom was seated at front, near to my seat and he said
“This girl will get out at kannur”
Of a sudden I said
“Excuse me? I need my ticket to be extended to Calicut”
I dint find any fault in my question… did u find??? It’s normal to extend tickets from bus... I have done this before….
But his reaction was really annoying. He was shouting at me “no way. You should stop at Kannur and no extensions”
Not even considering me as a girl... hmmmmm
Any way kerala transport is not his family bearing… so I decided to stop there. And get another bus…. But then he said that I can continue but should move from my seat.. I dint felt it that good for some reasons... I stepped out of that bus at the moment it reached kannur...
chapr was confused y I did so... infact he tot I was joking... and those sisters sitting near me was glaring at me... They may say “oh Jesus... what a girl”... hoo when I think about it now... I too do feel what I did... But I can’t support that conductor’s attitude for any reasons….
Oh no... This was not I was about to tell…
chapr came out... He tried to make me to get in the same bus and I denied... Then he handed me something….and made me to be safe in another bus b4 his peters leaving…
I opened the cover. It’s some gift for me. I found a girls face inside that… (It was my ettans Xmas gift and was could give me only then)… b4 uncovering the whole thing I thanked him…even that girl’s face had a grace….
Calicut reached so early I felt having a quite good conversation with him….. My bus just reached behind his. he already informed me that my parents were waiting for me at bus stand and the exact location… even my mom and sis could find those people I met in peters and recognized as per my description about them…
Ah I was so happy to be back at my home town... I love this place more than anything... An unspeakable bond… from my car I uncovered the whole gift…. It was a beautiful angel … the exact one we do see in a fairy tale… so charming…and I on the switch beneath the statue...
OMG!!!!! She was glowing in colors... her fiber wings was elegantly waving in the breeze that entered in our car… that beautiful moment is till in my eyes after these long months…that night me and my sis enjoyed her beauty offing all lights…took her snaps..
Yes she is really an enchanting beauty…in her white gown
with her head slightly placed over her palm dreaming something!!!!!!!!
